The Citrus County Economic Development Council (EDC) and Citrus County Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a second workshop for small businesses in the wake of their recent Economic Summit meeting. The second workshop will be Wednesday, June 23.

The Citrus County Commission is highly supportive of the Chamber and EDC’s efforts to help local businesses. The commission revised the focus of the EDC at the beginning of the year to include more help for local businesses.

The “Small Business Funding and Incentive Resources” program will consist of a panel that will discuss funding options available to small businesses in the county and the new EDC incentive programs.
