The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners and Keep Citrus County Beautiful will be hosting a free disposal spring cleanup day at the central landfill on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. Businesses will be charged business rates.
The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners presented a Proclamation at their regular meeting on April 23 proclaiming April 2013 as “Water Conservation Month” in Citrus County, Florida.
The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office is pursuing national reaccreditation for law enforcement through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
Based on a tip, Citrus County Sheriff’s deputies, along with the Ocala Police Department and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, apprehended Gregory Scott Holub, 29, of Bradenton, in Ocala.
